It is safe to use at-home LED every day. We recommend using it at at least 3-5 times a week for great results. You shouldn’t use it in the same routine as any peeling products, so you can use your days off to utilise these formulas.

Although your LED Wand does not produce harmful UV rays, light therapy can still produce reactions after retinol use due to increased sensitivity to light. But this doesn’t mean that you can’t use them in the same routine - just complete your LED Face Treatment first, then apply your Retinol formula afterwards.
