This policy outlines our expectations and requirements to ensure that our products are manufactured under fair, humane, and socially responsible conditions.
Employment is Freely Chosen:
All manufacturing partners working with BEAUTYPRO Ltd must ensure that employment is freely chosen. Workers should not be subjected to any form of forced or compulsory labour, and they should have the right to terminate their employment with reasonable notice.
Freedom of Association and the Right to Collective Bargaining:
We respect the right of workers to freely associate and engage in collective bargaining. Manufacturing partners must acknowledge and uphold the rights of employees to join or not join any organisation/union without fear of reprisal. Open communication channels for workers to voice concerns and negotiate for fair wages and working conditions are encouraged.
Working Conditions are Safe and Hygienic:
Manufacturing partners are required to provide a safe and hygienic working environment for all employees. Adequate measures must be in place to prevent accidents and injuries, and facilities should meet or exceed health and safety standards.
Child Labour Shall Not Be Used:
BEAUTYPRO Ltd strictly prohibits the use of child labour in the manufacturing of our products. Manufacturing partners must comply with international standards and local laws regarding the minimum age for employment.
Living Wages Are Paid:
Manufacturing partners must ensure that all employees receive a living wage that covers basic needs and provides for a decent standard of living. Regular reviews of wage levels should be conducted to ensure they keep pace with the cost of living.
Working Hours Are Not Excessive:
Manufacturing partners must adhere to reasonable working hours in compliance with local laws and industry standards. Overtime should be voluntary, and employees should be provided with adequate rest breaks.
No Discrimination is Practised:
BEAUTYPRO Ltd insists that manufacturing partners provide equal opportunities for employment and advancement, free from discrimination based on race, gender, age, disability, religion, sexual orientation, or any other factor.
Regular Employment Is Provided:
Manufacturing partners are encouraged to provide stable and secure employment arrangements, avoiding the use of precarious employment. Regular employment with fair and just employment terms is a priority.

BEAUTYPRO Ltd insists that manufacturing partners must strictly prohibit physical abuse or discipline, the threat of physical harm, sexual or other harassment, and verbal abuse or any other forms of intimidation.
Implementation and Monitoring:
BEAUTYPRO Ltd will actively communicate this Ethical Trade Policy to all manufacturing partners. Manufacturing partners found in violation will be required to implement corrective actions, with failure to comply potentially leading to the termination of the business relationship.
