Here at BEAUTYPRO, we've been innovating and building our skincare brand since 2010. Our mission is to help our community to achieve their skincare goals in a way that has the maximum impact on the skin and a minimal impact on the planet. All the while, adding a little luxury to your daily routine.

Our product range

BeautyPro products are created with you in mind. We're led by what our customers want and what we can see is missing from the market. We're always growing our selection to ensure we're on top of trends and leading the way in terms of skincare innovation.

As well as creating new products, we're always improving our existing ranges to ensure they encapsulate the very best formulas and are in line with our company ethos. This includes always working to make sure our packaging is kind to the planet and our ingredients are ethically sourced. An ever growing selection of our products are now certified as vegan by the Vegan Society.

2010 | 2011

Where did it all begin?

Founded in 2010, BeautyPro disrupted the professional beauty industry with a unique portable hot towel steamer to create a compact solution for mobile therapists and salons alike.

After great success in this sphere, we aimed to fill another gap in the market - an easy to use face mask, the sheet mask. These were not very well known in the UK market at the time, so in 2011 BeautyPro brought sheet masks to the forefront with the birth of our first two products: BeautyPro Brightening Mask with Vitamin C and BeautyPro Rejuvenating Mask with Green Tea.

2012 | 2013

The early years

In January 2012 we launched BeautyPro at an exhibition in Las Vegas, over the year we would be back and forth to the US many times, travelling through 22 Airports in October alone!

It wasn't without its hiccups, our exhibition in Philadelphia was cancelled due to Hurricane Sandy so with all flights cancelled and with our final show in Chicago we hired a car and drove 758 miles.

By 2013, we had support from a make up artist to supply products, this was for the BBC Hit Sherlock with Benedict Cumberbatch & Martin Freeman.

Since 2013 we have proudly supported MUAā€™s and the Hair & Makeup Departments of TV, Movies and streaming channels such as The BBC, ITV, Channel 4, Sky, Disney, CBBC, Amazon and Netflix with titles such as Bridgerton, Finding Alice, The Pembrokeshire Murders and The Crown.

2014 | 2015

The range expands

Following the success of our first two masks, we had been developing a range extension which launched throughout 2014: the BeautyPro Eye Therapy, Hand Therapy, Foot & Callus, Black Peel, Detoxifying and Nourishing.

By now we were getting recognised by online and high street retailers and our journey into the retail market began. Our first and longest serving team member Debbie joined us in the September as a Business Development Manager, Debbie now looks after our retail customers.

In 2015, as more and more men were using sheet masks, we decided to launch BARBER PRO - the first range of sheet masks developed specifically for men containing Activated Charcoal and anti-ageing collagen.

Our first product was the BARBER PRO Post Shave Cooling Mask, a replenishing formula that instantly cools, nourishes, reduces redness and hydrates the skin.Ā 

2016 | 2017

An award winning brand

Being recognised for what you do is the best feeling and in 2017 we received Best Face Mask at the Beauty Shortlist Awards for our Nourishing Collagen Sheet Mask. We've since achieved many awards across our product range. You can see our full list of awards on our awards page.As we grew, we had to increase our team and thankfully, we found the amazing Jemma. Jemma started in our warehouse picking and packing and has grown and developed and is now our Warehouse & Operations Manager. In January 2017, we welcomed Rachael as our Accounts and Finance Manager while Anthony joined in September as our Marketing & Brand Manager.

Later in the year, we launched our Lifting and Purifying 3D Clay Masks, alongside 2 new Foil Masks: the Thermotherapy Warming Gold Foil Mask with Hyaluronic Acid & Q10 and the Warming Silver Foil Mask with Vitamin C & Green Tea.

2018 | 2019

Our sustainability commitment

In 2018, we launched our Hair Therapy Deep Conditioning Hair Mask with Argan Oil - the next big mask breakthrough!Ā With our product range growing, we extended our warehouse and in August 2018 Adara joined the warehouse team.

In June 2019, we implemented our Sustainability Plan throughout the business. This included moving from plastic packaging tape and materials to paper, moving all company cars to electric as well as adopting 400K British Honey Bees, using FSC approved material and all face sheet masks becoming plastic free and degradable in 75 days.

We partnered with Offset Earth to plant 192 trees per month, in a bid to help combat deforestation and reduce our carbon footprint.

We were also certified Cruelty Free by PETA.

We had two new team members join the BeautyPro family this year, Juliette joined the team in the warehouse and Poppy started as our in house designer.

2020

Our 10 year anniversary

In 2020, we started the year with no idea what was about to unfold.

In January, during Veganuary, we launched our Plant Based Range, registered Vegan by The Vegan Society.

Then lockdown struck! We launched our Frontline campaign to all frontline workers and supplied over Ā£250,000 worth of products to the key workers who kept the nation going.

During lockdown we recruited two new team members to join the family, Molly our Social Media Executive and Janna our Ecommerce Manager. As our marketing team was growing we needed someone to take the position of Head of Marketing and there was no one better than our Marketing & Brand Manager Anthony.

August would have been our 10th Birthday however our birthday party had to be cancelled due to the pandemic, but we still celebrated online with discounts and giveaways!

2021

A step in a new direction

As we hailed in the new year and another lockdown, here at BeautyPro we were preparing for a busy and exciting year.

With so much in the pipeline, the team expanded even further, welcoming Abbie aboard as ecommerce executive.

Our first launch of the year came in the form of the Retinol Under Eye Patches, a long awaited companion for our popular Eye Therapy Masks. These were a great success and within their first month were awarded Best Eye Mask at the Attracta Beauty Awards.

Next to take to the stage was our SPA at home range - a complete refresh of our product sets, with the hope to inspire routine and level up our gifting options.

In August we had our biggest launch to date - Plant Based Daily Serums! This range is 100% vegan, water free and packaged in recyclable and reusable materials. This marks a step in a new direction for BeautyPro as we expand further into skincare and continue creating innovative and market leading products.

2022

New year, new logo

In 2022, we got a new look! Our new logo, website and packaging design marks a new age for the brand.

We proudly celebrated many award wins: Gold, Silver + Highly Commended at the 2022 Pure Beauty Awards, Bronze and Beauty Steal at the Beauty Bible Awards and Best Plant Based Skincare Brand UK at the Social Care Awards 2022.

We also released 2 best selling products: the Warming Eye Mask and Retinol Anti-Ageing Sheet Mask - both of which won awards during their debut year.

We also welcomed a plethora of new team members! Ola as Brand Activations and Marketing Executive, Jess as Junior Graphic Designer and Artworker, Danielle and Helen as Warehouse Operatives and we welcomed back Jane Saint as National Trainer and Merchandiser.

That's not all! We spent time moving into our new Warehouses in Framfield, our new Head Office in Lewes and our Marketing Office in Plymouth.

2023

A world first from BEAUTYPRO

We kicked off 2023 with a bang, launching our 100% Biodegradable Sheet Masks and Packaging. This innovation is a huge step forward for our sustainability credentials and helps our customers to make the green choice, without having to compromise on results or ease of use.

Later in the year, we introduced our brand new skincare devices: The PHOTON LED Mask, LED Wand, T-Bar Sonic Vibrating Device and the relaunch of HYDRATEST. We hosted a launch event on Oxford Street and welcomed celebrities and influencers alike to join the celebrations.

2024

New retailers galore!

We kicked 2024 off to a great start with plenty of new opportunities in the pipeline, including an online and in store launch with Boots and the start of our partnership with Beauty Bay.

Alongside this, we were hard at work cementing ourselves within the travel retailer industry, travelling to West Palm Beach and Singapore to connect with airlines and duty free operators - resulting in listings with Emirates, Virgin Atlantic and KrisShop.

We are so excited to see where the rest of this year takes us.
