A powerful all in one formula, our Cica + Niacinamide Facial Sheet Mask has been created to rebalance, hydrate and soothe the skin. This plant based formula uses Cica, Cassava Root and Chia Seed to keep your skin feeling calm and hydrated, with a clear complexion.
The sheet mask uses our NEW 100% Biodegradable Packaging. Once opened, our new eco pouches begin to biodegrade immediately, taking just 1% of the time compared to traditional plastic. Thatās 500 years down to 5 years with no trace of microplastics in the soil or sea! This environmentally friendly biodegradable material can be disposed of in general waste, recycling bins and home composts - it will biodegrade in all environments.
The sheet mask itself is constructed with bamboo fibres, which not only minimise skin sensitivity but also makes the mask biodegradable.Ā

Order Dispatch Times
Monday - Friday
For orders received before 12pm Monday ā Friday, goods are dispatched the same day and delivered based on the delivery option chosen and as illustrated above.
If there will be a delay to your dispatch, this will be communicated to you and you will be provided with an updated timeline.
Saturday, Sunday and public holidays
We currently do not dispatch orders on a Saturday, Sunday, bank and public holidays. Any orders placed on these days will be dispatched on the next working day and delivered based on the delivery option chosen and as illustrated above.
All delivery times are estimated and BeautyPro Ltd cannot be held responsible for any late deliveries aside of the estimated services we offer.
Damages, shortages, missing items or order queries
Claims arising from damages or shortages must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt of goods and followed in writing to hello@beautypro.com and by telephoning 01273 32 32 32 after this time period we will not be able to process a claim.
If you receive your package damaged then please refuse the products upon original delivery attempt and ask the delivery person to return the item to sender. If damaged products are accepted from the carrier, such damage should be noted on the carrier delivery record.
Returns Policy
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition withinĀ 14 days of the date of purchase, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and we will issue a refund for the purchase price paid for the item excluding shipping costs.
Due to the nature of cosmetics products and in the interest of hygiene we cannot accept the return of opened or used items.Ā Ā We are unable to exchange items that are not damaged, defective, incorrect or found to be opened or used in anyway.

Upon receipt and once inspected by BeautyPro Ltd.Ā and if in a re-saleable condition we will issue a refund for the amount owed for the item less any delivery charges.
We do strongly recommend that all returns are packed well and sent via a recorded/tracked delivery service to ensure safe delivery. BeautyPro Ltd. cannot be heldĀ liable for lost returns.

NIACINAMIDE FROM CASSAVA ROOT
Niacinamide is an ingredient with a broad scope of benefits. These include: reducing redness, minimising appearance of pores, regulating oil, protecting against sun damage and treating acne. As well as this, it will help your skin to build keratin to keep it healthy and firm.
CHIA SEED
Chia Seed helps to rebuild the skinās moisture barrier, locking in hydration and allowing the cells to function at a higher capacity. Skin that is hydrated is able to easily circulate nutrients and flush out toxins which may be causing your skin to breakout.
How does it work?
We have recreated our sheet mask packaging using paper printed with vegetable ink and a plastic lining that once exposed to oxygen when you've opened the sachet, will activate to change its molecular structure so that it is no longer a plastic.
It biodegrades into organic matter in 1% of the time of traditional plastic.Ā
Thatās a difference of 500 years down to 5 years and without microplastics.
How can I dispose of it?

What about the sheet mask?
