For orders received before 12pm Monday ā Friday, goods are dispatched the same day and delivered based on the delivery option chosen and as illustrated above.
If there will be a delay to your dispatch, this will be communicated to you and you will be provided with an updated timeline.
We currently do not dispatch orders on a Saturday, Sunday, bank and public holidays. Any orders placed on these days will be dispatched on the next working day and delivered based on the delivery option chosen and as illustrated above.
All delivery times are estimated and BeautyPro Ltd cannot be held responsible for any late deliveries aside of the estimated services we offer.
Claims arising from damages or shortages must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt of goods and followed in writing to hello@beautypro.com and by telephoning 01273 32 32 32 after this time period we will not be able to process a claim.
If you receive your package damaged then please refuse the products upon original delivery attempt and ask the delivery person to return the item to sender. If damaged products are accepted from the carrier, such damage should be noted on the carrier delivery record.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition withinĀ 14 days of the date of purchase, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and we will issue a refund for the purchase price paid for the item excluding shipping costs.
Due to the nature of cosmetics products and in the interest of hygiene we cannot accept the return of opened or used items.Ā Ā We are unable to exchange items that are not damaged, defective, incorrect or found to be opened or used in anyway.

Upon receipt and once inspected by BeautyPro Ltd.Ā and if in a re-saleable condition we will issue a refund for the amount owed for the item less any delivery charges.
We do strongly recommend that all returns are packed well and sent via a recorded/tracked delivery service to ensure safe delivery. BeautyPro Ltd. cannot be heldĀ liable for lost returns.

Infrared Light is not obviously visible to the naked eye so you will see no obvious bright light, however you may be able to see a slight red glow from the light beads.
Red Light Therapy is a low wavelength red light that works to improve the skinās appearance. It targets the body's cells, the mitochondria, to provide them with more energy. This boost of energy allows the cells to get to work repairing the skin, boosting new cell growth and stimulating renewal. The benefits to your skin are enhanced collagen production to strengthen and firm the skin, increased blood circulation and reduced inflammation.
Blue Light Therapy is a non-invasive treatment with anti-inflammatory and blemish control benefits. Many cases of common acne are caused by a bacteria (Propionibacterium) that emits a photosensitizer - this makes it sensitive to blue light. Using blue light on this acne can kill the bacteria and clear up blemishes.Ā
An electrotherapy technique that uses a low voltage current that is the same as the electrical currents naturally produced by the body. These currents are used to assist the tissue healing process, however in damaged or unhealthy tissues, the natural currents are weak or non-existent. By using microcurrent technology, you can stimulate energy generation to boost elastin and collagen production to strengthen, tighten and tone the skin, giving a more lifted appearance.

It is safe to use an at-home LED Face mask every day. We recommend using it at at least 3-5 times a week for great results. You shouldnāt use it in the same routine as any peeling products, so you can use your days off to utilise these formulas.
Consistency is key so getting into a routine with your face mask can be the best way to see results. We expect you to see benefits within 2 weeks.
Although your LED Wand does not produce harmful UV rays, light therapy can still produce reactions after retinol use due to increased sensitivity to light. But this doesnāt mean that you canāt use them in the same routine - just complete your LED Face Treatment first, then apply your Retinol formula afterwards.
LED therapy can help to reduce the inflammation caused by dryness, diminishing the redness you may see on your skin.
