It is safe to use an at-home LED Face mask every day. We recommend using it at at least 3-5 times a week for great results. You shouldn’t use it in the same routine as any peeling products, so you can use your days off to utilise these formulas.
Consistency is key so getting into a routine with your face mask can be the best way to see results. We expect you to see benefits within 2 weeks.
Although your LED Mask does not produce harmful UV rays, light therapy can still produce reactions after retinol use due to increased sensitivity to light. But this doesn’t mean that you can’t use them in the same routine - just complete your LED Face Treatment first, then apply your Retinol formula afterwards.

You should consult with a dermatologist to explore treatments for melasma. While it can't eradicate melasma, the Yellow light setting can help to lighten spots and brighten the skin.
